As a home based business we are always committed to processing your order as quickly as possible, please ensure your shipping information is correct and entered in English or the accuracy of the destination may get lost in translation.

Once your order leaves our hands it is entirely in the hands of the postal service. If you have any special requests for delivery service or need a package by a certain date please contact us to discuss.

Orders are generally fullfilled within 3 - 5 working days with the exception of pre ordered items and prints made to order ie Guide Paintings

Some prints will be shipped separately so you may receive your items at different times and also receive more than one tracking number.

We use small business based fine art printers for better quality. There may be a delay due to holiday or seasonal times in this case.

For international orders non US US Canada, NZ and Australia customs fees are not included in our prices and are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

We generally do not accept any returns on any of our items. The only exeption would be if a package is unopened, is in original condition and you cover the cost of shipping to return the item. In this case once received we will refund the cost of the item only. However if you notice any issues with your item at the time of receipt please send us an email to discuss.

Extradimensional Art does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost stolen or damaged during transit, nor does the printing company. Howerver I am able to contact the print company to negotiate a claim with the post service regarding this.
