We generally do not accept returns or refunds on our prints, unless the print is damaged or defect in some way. In such cases we are able to negotiate a claim through our printing provider with the shipping company, or request a reprint for you. I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

 Mounted prints are packaged in oversized corrugated boxes for added protection. Small to mid size paper prints on fine art papers are usually shipped flat if they can safely fit within a 24×30 inch or smaller area touching the sides of the package. Some exceptions may occur with International orders or if the order also contains prints which normally would be rolled.

Fine art paper prints that are too large to ship flat to be shipped flat  will be shipped in a sturdy corrugated shipping tube.

Shipping rates for standard shipping are  $13.95 for larger unmounted prints

For mounted canvas and framed prints $14.95

Wood crated shipping via UPS for large orders containing stretched or mounted canvas, and framed prints

2 Day Shipping -  $29. 95 For unframed prints and cards, for stretched and mounted prints or framed prints 29.95 + 10% of subtotal.

Shipping is calculated based on above rate plus an additional 30% of the order subtotal. Orders that contain items 24 inches or more in width or height AND that cannot be shipped in a tube, may be more. Recipient is responsible for any additional duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Tracking for USPS shipments may only be available up until the package arrives at its final US stop (typically Chicago for USPS shipments) before it is transferred to an overseas flight. UPS shipments generally have ongoing tracking even after the package leaves the US.

International transit usually averages 2 - 4 weeks but can take longer in some instances if delayed in customs or the country has incoming bottle necks due to COVID. The destination country may require the recipient to pay custom fees or VAT (Value Added Tax) which is determined by that country. U.S. rates apply when shipping via the postal service to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and FPOs unless size and weight restrictions occur.
